In particular, the team supporting Rich includes:

Heather Harms: Heather has been with JFC Financial Services since March 2010. She primarily focuses on assisting Jack Connealy with his personal book of business by addressing client service needs, preparing and processing new business, and providing ongoing client support. In her role as a Registered Principal, she reviews advisor email and is a resource for advisors in regard to Securities America’s fee-based brokerage platform, client report generation and service-related processes and procedures.

Prior to joining JFC, Heather spent 11 years in an Ameriprise franchise practice as a licensed associate advisor. She holds industry series 7, 24 and 66 registrations and variable annuity and variable life licenses.

Steph Johnson: Steph has been with JFC Financial Services since August 2009. Prior to that, she had worked for a national insurance company for six years. Steph’s responsibilities include reviewing business sent to the OSJ office to ensure all required paperwork is submitted and complete; assisting advisors and their staff with questions pertaining to Securities America’s systems, tools, forms and reports; and she provides training to advisors’ new assistants.

Janice Zach: Janice joined JFC Financial Services in July 2012. She continues to build on her 25+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industries. Janice holds industry 7 and 63 registrations, along with variable annuity and variable life insurance licenses. Janice supports the JFC by reviewing business sent to the OSJ office to ensure all required paperwork is submitted and complete; assisting advisors and their staff with questions pertaining to Securities America’s systems, tools, forms and reports. Janice can also process unsolicited client and advisor brokerage trade requests.
